1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CodeBitel® services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on CodeBitel®'s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials
• use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Service Description

CodeBitel® provides web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, cloud hosting, SEO optimization, and digital marketing services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are project-specific and will be outlined in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Projects require a 50% deposit before work begins
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Ongoing services are billed monthly in advance
• Late payments may incur additional charges

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, and materials created by CodeBitel® remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive appropriate usage rights as outlined in individual contracts.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete project requirements
• Timely feedback and approval of deliverables
• Payment according to agreed terms
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CodeBitel® or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on CodeBitel®'s website, even if CodeBitel® or a CodeBitel® authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
