1. Service Cancellation
Clients may cancel services at any time by providing written notice to CodeBitel®. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to [email protected].
2. Cancellation Timeline
Cancellation timelines vary by service type:
- Web Development Projects: 48-hour notice required before project milestones
- Ongoing Services: 30-day notice required for monthly services
- Emergency Cancellations: Immediate cancellation available for urgent situations
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following circumstances:
- Project cancellation within 48 hours of project initiation (100% refund)
- Service failure due to technical issues on our end (100% refund)
- Project cancellation after 48 hours but before 25% completion (75% refund)
- Project cancellation between 25-50% completion (50% refund)
- Project cancellation after 50% completion (No refund, but final deliverables provided)
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Completed deliverables and work products
- Third-party software licenses and subscriptions
- Domain registrations and hosting fees
- Custom graphics and design work already delivered
- Consultation fees for completed sessions
5. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Submit a written refund request to [email protected]
- Include project details and reason for refund
- Allow 5-7 business days for review
- Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after approval
6. Payment Method Refunds
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method:
- Bank transfers: 10-15 business days
- Credit card payments: 5-10 business days
- Digital payments: 3-7 business days
7. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision:
- Submit a detailed explanation of your concerns
- Provide supporting documentation
- We will review and respond within 5 business days
- Final decisions are made by CodeBitel® management
8. Force Majeure
CodeBitel® is not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government regulations
- Internet outages
- Third-party service failures
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate project requirements
- Timely feedback and approvals
- Payment according to agreed terms
- Compliance with project timelines
